Email Mailboxes for Background Notifications

JAMS has multiple mailboxes to manage background notifications. Certain actions and changes of manuscript status will trigger email notifications sent out to these designated mailboxes.
Submission: When an author submits a manuscript through the JAMS platform, the system will send a notification to this mailbox. The same mailbox will receive notifications after authors resubmit their manuscript from minor or major revisions.
Billing: When authors submit the payment of APC invoice, the system sends a notification to billing mailbox.
Layout: When a manuscript goes to layout editing, the system sends a notification to this mailbox.
English Editing: When a manuscript is ready for the language editing phase, the system sends a notification to this mailbox.
Conversion Email: Once proofreading of the manuscript has been finished, the system sends a notification to this mailbox.
Website Email: When the manuscript is ready to be published, the system sends a notification to this mailbox.
