Server or network issues
While navigating on JAMS, you may encounter exceptions returned by the browser with an error code starting by 5, like for instance:
502 Bad Gateway
504 Gateway Timeout

In order for our Support team to be able to promptly and properly resolve the issue, we kindly ask you to provide us with a screenshot of the error message. You can do so by following these steps:
While still in the browser, press F12 key on your keyboard to open up the Developer Tools (based on your PC/laptop settings, you may have to press both fn and F12 key at the same time.)
Depending on the browser you are using, you should select the following options:
Google Chrome
Please select options Network and then Fetch/XHR.
Mozilla Firefox
Please select options Network and then All.
Microsoft Edge
Please select options Network and then Fetch/XHR.
Once you get on the network details per above instructions, please take a screenshot of those logs on your screen and send it to the JAMS support team. To do so you can use screenshot tools such as Snipping Tool, Lightshot or any screenshot tool of your choice.
